We are currently seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager for a well-established dealership in Bury St Edmunds.
This Sales Manager role presents a strategic opportunity for a proven automotive sales professional to lead a team of four Sales Executives, driving sales performance and customer satisfaction within a reputable dealership environment.

Monitoring team performance and providing coaching and support
Ensuring compliance with manufacturer and industry regulationsRequirements of a Sales Manager:
Previous experience as a Sales Manager or General Sales Manager within the motor trade
Proven success in achieving sales targets and developing sales teams
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Ability to work five days a week, Monday to Saturday
Highly motivated, target-driven, and well-organised
