We are representing a prestigious car dealership located in Mayfair, currently seeking an experienced sales professional to join as a Car Sales Manager.
This Car Sales Manager role offers an excellent opportunity for leadership within a luxury automotive environment, featuring a recently refurbished showroom and a focus on high-end vehicles, including the latest electric models.
The Car Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing the sales team, and delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic, premium setting. This Car Sales Manager position is ideal for a motivated individual with a strong background in automotive sales management who is eager to lead and develop a successful team within a prestigious brand.
Benefits:
Competitive basic salary of up to £45,000
Uncapped OTE approximately £40,000
Monthly car allowance of £800

Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
Take an active role in the sales process and showroom operations
Manage new and used vehicle sales, including finance, insurance, and compliance
Develop strategies to improve customer experience and satisfaction
Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of luxury and electric vehicle offerings
Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulationsRequirements:
Proven experience as a Car Sales Manager within the automotive sector, preferably with luxury brands
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and customer service ability
Passionate about cars with a drive for success and results
Knowledge of finance, insurance, and compliance procedures relevant to the motor trade
