Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to consistently achieve and surpass targets
Drive new and used vehicle sales across the dealership’s brands
Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales journey
Oversee the sales process from enquiry to delivery, maximising conversion rates
Manage stock levels, vehicle presentation, and merchandising standards
Promote F&I products and improve overall profitability
Coach team members to maximise their potential and performance
Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships within the local community
Maintain accurate reporting and ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines and company policiesRequirements of a Car Sales Manager:

Recent experience in car sales management within a franchise dealership is desirable; however, experienced Business Managers or Sales Controllers seeking progression will also be considered
Self-motivated, adaptable, and driven to succeed
Ability to lead by example, engaging with customers and supporting the team
Strong leadership and communication skills
