5 Day Week | NO Sundays | £40k, OTE £60k+
Independent Car Sales Business | Cranleigh Area
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven Car Sales Manager to join a successful independent car sales business based in the Cranleigh area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded automotive professional who enjoys taking ownership, leading a team, and driving performance in a customer-focused environment.
As Car Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day sales operation, managing a small team of Sales Executives, and ensuring vehicles move seamlessly from arrival through to sale. You will play a key role in maximising sales performance, improving finance penetration, and delivering outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, motivate and develop a small team of Sales Executives
* Manage the full vehicle journey from stock arrival through to preparation and sale
* Oversee valeters and drivers to ensure smooth vehicle flow
* Drive sales volumes and achieve agreed targets
* Increase finance performance and maximise opportunities
* Maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency
* Take ownership of dealership performance and results
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in automotive sales management
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
* Commercially driven with a track record of achieving targets
* Excellent understanding of the vehicle sales process
* A hands-on approach with a passion for delivering results
Package & Benefits:
* Basic salary: £40,000
* OTE: £60,000+
* Company car
* 5-day working week 9am – 6pm – NO Sundays
* 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
