Overview:

The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and sales and very good knowledge of cars, with exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Showcase vehicles to customers, highlighting features and benefits
- Conduct test drives and provide detailed vehicle information
- Negotiate prices and close sales deals effectively
- Upsell additional products and services to customers
- Maintain a clean and organised showroom appearance
- Utilise sales management software to track leads and customer interactions
- Follow up with potential leads via phone calls and emails
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process

Experience:
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the automotive industry
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficient in upselling techniques and achieving sales targets
- Familiarity with sales management software for tracking purposes
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous for effective communication with diverse customers

- 5 or more years in car sales.
