We are currently recruiting for the position of Car Sales Executive on behalf of our client in Bishop's Stortford. This is a prime opportunity for experienced motor trade professionals seeking to advance their career within a reputable dealership. The Car Sales Executive role offers a competitive salary, excellent earnings potential, and a supportive sales environment.
Benefits:
Basic salary of £24,000 per annum plus an OTE of approximately £55,000
Monday to Saturday working week with a fixed weekday off
Alternating Sundays, typically 1 in 3, with working hours from 10am to 4pm

Engaging with customers to identify their needs and recommend suitable vehicles and finance options
Driving showroom activity to meet and exceed sales targets
Managing customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of vehicle products, features, and industry trends
Completing all relevant paperwork accurately and efficiently
Promoting dealership services and ancillary products to maximise revenue
Supporting the wider team to achieve departmental objectivesRequirements of a Car Sales Executive:
Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive within the automotive industry or a similar sales role
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Valid UK driving licence
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
Customer-focused approach with a professional manner and rapport-building skills
Proactive attitude and self-motivation to achieve targets
