Basic salary £21,000
No Sundays working, Monday to Saturday with a day off in the week
22 days holiday plus bank holidays (increasing with service)

Meeting and greeting customers throughout each day
Conducting test drives with potential purchasers

Matching customers’ requirements and budgets to suitable vehicles
Achieving personal sales targets while working as part of a team
Building lasting relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of vehicle specifications and features
Supporting the dealership’s goal of providing exceptional customer serviceRequirements of the Car Sales Executive:
Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive or similar automotive sales role
Strong customer-facing skills and the ability to work towards sales targets
Knowledge of automotive finance and product options
Professional and proactive approach to work
Full driving license is essential
