We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-run main dealership in Norwich for a Car Sales Executive position. Friendly working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5.30pm; Saturdays, 8.30am-5pm; Sundays on a rota, 10am-4pmDuties of the Car Sales Executive:
Engage with customers to understand their requirements and present suitable vehicle options
Maximise sales opportunities both within the showroom and on the forecourt
Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Support vehicle handovers and ensure customer satisfaction
Achieve and exceed sales targets, maintaining a professional and proactive approachRequirements of the Car Sales Executive:
Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive within the motor trade
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Target-driven with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Full driving licence
