We are recruiting for a Car Sales Executive on behalf of our client, a reputable dealership located in Cricklewood, North London. The Car Sales Executive role offers a strong career pathway within a well-established organisation, ideal for motivated individuals seeking to enhance their automotive sales experience in a professional environment.
Benefits for the successful Car Sales Executive:
Competitive basic salary of £24,000 per annum, with an average OTE of approximately £60,000
Monday to Friday working hours from 8.30am to 6.00pm
Saturday shifts from 9am to 5pm, with a day off during the week
One in three Sundays working from 11am to 4pm

Engage with customers to identify their automotive needs and build rapport
Present and demonstrate vehicle features to prospective buyers effectively
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of vehicle stock and industry trends
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
Keep up to date with current automotive products and market developmentsRequirements:
Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive or within a similar role in the automotive industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and surpass sales targets
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
Ability to work effectively under pressure
