Car sales consultant

We are seeking a self-motivated Car Sales Consultant to join our team.
Full and ongoing training provided on and off site
We are a forward thinking company and promote family time. The working pattern for this role is Week 1 Mon - Friday with a day off in the week and the weekend off Working 4 days
Week 2 Mon - Sunday with a day off in the week working 6 days.
This works out to a 5day week over the 2 week period aiming for you to plan your family weekends together
Working Hours Monday - Friday 8.30am - 6pm Saturdays 9am - 5pm Sunday 10am - 4pm
As a Cars sales consultant the Basic Salary £20,000 which rises with length of service upto £25,000
Commission is paid on Vehicle sales and add ons such as Finance, Gap, Wheel protection, extended warranties, paint protection and Service plans. Ote £45,000
As a Cars sales consultant You will also get a company car so a full Uk driving licence is mandatory.
As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers.
This role requires excellent communication skills, great active listening skills, strong sales abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties: As a Cars sales consultant
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate vehicles, products or services
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information to customers
- Demonstrate effective sales techniques to close deals and achieve sales targets
- Build relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate key features and benefits to customers
- Work with the sales management team to develop yourself and hone your skills
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions
Experience: As a Cars sales consultant
- Previous experience in a Customer facing sales role not necessarily selling vehicles
Do you work for PcWorld, Bensons for beds and any other customer facing sales companies.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional phone communication
