Description:

The Capital Projects Finance Analyst will work hand in hand with the Capital Projects team, actively participating in project planning, execution, and evaluation phases to deliver on-time, on-cost and on-scope. Alongside demonstrable Finance skills, supported by qualification, the ideal candidate will have a proactive, delivery-focussed approach to the role.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage capital projects spend, partnering with the Project Business Office and Procurement
Allocation of costs to respective spend categories - controlling and monitoring vs budget and programme; reporting this to the project team and business stakeholders
Support implementation and operation of contractor milestone governance process
Support in budgeting and forecasting process, partnering with FP&A
Preparing cashflow inputs, partnering with Treasury
Gathering insight from operational stakeholders to give narrative to reporting
Build effective relationships with stakeholders and suppliers
Collaborate with Financial Control team to support period end activities, audit and asset management Experience

Experience working in of project financial control
You must be fully qualified (CIMA/ACA/ACCA)
Ideally have experience within infrastructure/construction projects
Be able to think proactively and find solutions
