About the Role:

As a Capital Allowance Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in providing valuable, proactive advice throughout all stages of the construction life cycle. Your responsibilities will include:

Liaising with clients and their advisors to gather construction and property documentation.
Researching the tax history of properties and reviewing legal documentation related to property acquisitions.
Advising clients on complex legal issues regarding their entitlement to capital allowances.
Preparing claims and reports supported by robust evidence.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Mentoring and training other team members.
Developing strategies and assessment methodologies, particularly for clients in the infrastructure sector with extensive fixed assets and bespoke finance systems.
Contributing to sales, marketing, and business development efforts.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proficiency in tax incentives and preparation of claims for various property types and investments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage large volumes of data.
Experience with fixed asset accounting systems.
Strong analytical skills.
Expertise in client relationship management.
Professional qualifications in a relevant discipline, such as RICS or ATT.
