Prospero Teaching is looking for a driven, organised, and people-focused Candidate Manager to join our thriving Bristol office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, supporting people into work, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
As a Candidate Manager, you'll play a vital role in sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and managing education professionals for schools across Bristol, Somerset, Devon and the surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting and interviewing teachers, teaching assistants, and support staff
Writing and posting engaging job advertisements
Screening CVs and conducting candidate registrations
Managing compliance and safeguarding documentation
Building strong relationships with candidates throughout their journey
Matching candidates to suitable vacancies
Maintaining regular contact with candidates and schools
Supporting consultants with daily recruitment activities
Ensuring excellent candidate experience at every stage of the process
What We're Looking For
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office and recruitment systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Professional and proactive approach
Previous recruitment, sales, customer service, education, or administration experience would be advantageous but is not essential
