ACCOUNT MANAGER/Candidate Manager -WARM BUSINESS
South Yorkshire /Hybrid Working
£30,000 - £40,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission
Are you currently working in recruitment and looking for a more supportive, less sales focussed, less KPIs and a more collaborative environment .In this role you will account manage and concentrate on building long-term relationships, whilst you develop your career and earn uncapped commission.
This consultative recruitment /account management role is focused on building strong candidate relationships, delivering exceptional service and connecting talented professionals with leading organisations across the engineering ,manufacturing ,automotive ,after sales ,aerospace & profressional service industry
Benefits
* Competitive basic salary (£30,000 - £45,000 DOE)
* Uncapped commission structure approx. £20k + in first year on top of basic salary,personal,team and group

The Opportunity
Working with a range of established clients across the production,engineering ,manufacturing ,automotive ,after sales ,aerospace & profressional service industry
you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with businesses to identify and attract high-quality talent.This is not a sales role but account managing the existing clients requirements
This is a relationship-led role where success comes from understanding client needs .
Responsibilities
* Developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients .
* Conducting client and candidate meetings both virtually and in person
* Taking detailed recruitment briefs and understanding business requirements
* Writing engaging and effective job advertisements
* Sourcing and attracting candidates through multiple channels
* Managing recruitment processes from initial brief through to offer stage
Experience required
* Previous experience in agency recruitment
* A consultative and professional approach to recruitment
* Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities
* A team-focused mindset with a collaborative approach
* Ability to nurture existing client relationship
