Our EMEIA Retail Engagement and Marketing team is seeking a Campaign Manager to lead the development and execution of Retail Marketing Campaigns to support our growth in key EMEIA markets!

Role Description

Responsible for Marketing campaigns and projects execution, from concept to production and delivery, working alongside global and local cross-functional teams from Retail to the wider teams such as Commercial, Merchandising, PR, MarCom, Services, Internal Communications, Store Operations and more.
Deliver functional briefs to teams who bring your deliverables to life ranging from creative, interactive, paid media, search and events.
Lead the delivery of the work in strong partnership with MarCom with a key focus on stakeholders engagement, maintaining accuracy to the brief and creating a clear campaign phasing plan.
Deliver and share project summaries and campaign analysis with partners and identify learns for future improvement and performance.Key Qualifications

Specific experience developing and managing integrated marketing plans and campaigns to build the best end-to-end customer journey across in-store, online and digital marketing platforms.
Extensive experience in handling complex high-visibility projects and partnerships, driving cross-functional collaboration with key partners to assess customer and business needs, define goals, identify solutions and engage team members towards an aligned Marketing strategy.
Experience working in a global organisation, on multi-market/language projects.
