Our client is a well-known building society with headquarters in Swindon; As one of the largest savings and mortgage providers in the UK, 15 million members are at the heart of everything they do.

On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a Campaign Manager for a 6-Month contract based in Swindon (Hybrid).

Purpose of the Role:

Join the team as a Campaign Manager- Content Developer to lead creative asset development and manage production within our Personalisation & Performance Marketing Team. Drive customer engagement, collaborate with stakeholders, and optimise assets. Strong direct marketing experience and creativity are essential.

Responsibilities of the role:

As a Campaign Manager you will:

Lead the development of all 121 creative assets for the squad including, briefing creative requirements to internal copywriters or partner agencies and managing the asset production process from briefing to final approval.
Ensure all assets are reviewed and approved prior to dispatch through the internal creative review process and with all relevant stakeholders.
Ensure successful delivery of the assets along with briefing third-party suppliers on Direct Mail requirements, internal Content Editors on email or prompt builds and ensure all assets are fully tested before production.
Understand customer insights and collate campaign performance data for review and analyse campaign performance against key objectives.
Provide learnings and insights for future optimisations to improve the campaign and customer experience as well as actively drive a test and learn culture.
Ensure all campaigns delivered by the squad are on brand, on time, and within budget.
Ensure all assets meet all regulatory requirements and manage these assets through all relevant controls and processes.
Collaborate within the squad, with key stakeholders, and third-party suppliers to ensure successful delivery of the campaign and onward journey.
Invest time in relationships and ensure alignment on goals and outcomes.
Be familiar with and have experience in below-the-line channels: direct mail, email, digital prompts in the internet bank and mobile app, as well as home & exit pages.What we require from the candidate:

Expertise in campaign management, copy, and creative development for high-quality customer communications.
Strong communication, influencing, planning, and organizational skills, with attention to details, proof reading skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience managing internal stakeholders and agencies, with proficiency in analysing data and insights for recommendations.
Proactive and resilient decision-maker, solution-focused, and experienced in marketing or direct marketing channels; financial sector experience is a plus.
A self-starter, highly motivated individual, capable of working autonomously and in a team, comfortable with ambiguity.Next steps
