We are actively seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with community experience, ready to embrace a new and rewarding challenge.

Location: Worcestershire
Duration: 3 months (ongoing)

Rate of Pay: £26 per hour
A Day in the Life of an RMN: As a community-based mental health nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive care to your patients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting home visits to ensure patients' needs are met.
Administering necessary medications at scheduled times to address patients' treatment plans.
Engaging in therapeutic conversations to understand patients' conditions, facilitating effective support and monitoring progress.
Performing risk assessments to ensure patient safety and mitigate potential dangers to themselves or others, fostering a secure treatment environment.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Active registration with the NMC as a mental health nurse.
Demonstrated experience in a community setting.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
