Calling all Primary Teachers in Oxfordshire!
Are you a qualified and experienced Primary Teacher looking for flexibility and variety in your work schedule? We are currently seeking dedicated teachers who are happy to work on a flexible or supply basis across the Oxfordshire area.
If you have expereince teaching in KS1, KS2, and EYFS settings and are passionate about making a difference in the lives of young learners, we want you on our team!
Responsibilities:
As a Primary Teacher on our team, your responsibilities will include:
* Providing cover for classes across KS1,KS2, and EYFS in schools across Oxfordshire, delivering engaging lessons that align with the curriculum and meet the learning needs of students.
* Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel supported, motivated, and eager to learn.
* Adapting resourses to accommodate the diverse needs and abilities of students, ensuring that all learners have the opportunity to succeed.
* Building positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents, fostering open communication and collaboration to support student progress and well-being.
* Adhering to school policies and procedures, including safeguarding protocols, to ensure the safety and welfare of all students during your time in each classroom.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role you will need:
* Relevant teaching qualifications or hold QTS (If you do not have the qualifications but are interested in the roles / have relevant experience, please get in touch for a chat about how we can support you to find your ideal role)
* Have experience teaching either KS1, KS2 or EYFS settings, with a strong understanding of Primary Curriculum.
* Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and resilience in responding to different school environments and teaching assignments.
* Showcase creativity, enthusiasm, and a passion for teaching and learning, inspiring students to reach their full potential.
Additional Details:
Salary: £135 - £160 per day, depending on experience and qualifications.
Location: We cover all across the Oxfordshire Area, including Banbury, Bicester, Whitney & Didcot.
Hours: We have roles to acommodate both full-time and part-time roles.
