Description:
Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Call Handler/ Responder to join Derby City Council on an initial 3-month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
* Lifting customers using specialist lifting equipment
* Contacting emergency services — calling an ambulance, police, fire service, or other appropriate support when necessary.
* Contacting family or carers according to the person's care plan.
* Recording incidents accurately, including what happened, who was contacted, and what action was taken.
* Following safeguarding and confidentiality procedures, particularly when dealing with vulnerable people.
Essential Requirements

Experience working as a call handler

Full UK driving licence & own vehicle
*
Good IT skills
