Call Handler
Day shifts – Flexibility required for weekend hours

Our client, a safety company who operate a 24/7 monitoring solution are seeking Call Handlers to join their teams. This is an exciting time to join a new team and be part of the company from its main launch.
As a Call Handler, you will be responsible for receiving and managing incoming calls from customers. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient operation of systems.
Responsibilities include:
* Answer incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner
* Provide assistance and support to customers
* Use software and systems to locate products and assets as requested by customers
* Monitor real-time tracking data and respond promptly to any alerts or notifications, including incidents of theft or unauthorized use
* Document all customer interactions, including call details, inquiries, and resolutions, in the system
* Escalate any issues or concerns to the appropriate teams or authorities as necessary, following established protocols and procedures
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of tracking activities
* Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product offerings to provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
* Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations when handling sensitive customer information
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in tracking systems and customer service
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role preferred.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and professional telephone manner
* Strong customer service orientation and the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
* Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with tracking software and systems preferred
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
