Location: Sunbury (with travel to nearby sites to support when required)
Salary: £27,053 basic + UNCAPPED commission

What You’ll Be Doing
Handling inbound and outbound calls, turning enquiries into sales
Matching customers with the right storage solutions and upselling additional services
Building strong relationships and delivering a standout customer experience
Managing customer enquiries via phone and email with confidence and professionalism
Accurately logging all activity on the CRM system
Processing bookings and securing deposits
Working towards targets and maximising your commission earnings
Supporting nearby sites when neededWhat We’re Looking For
At least 2 years’ experience in a call centre or sales environment
A confident communicator who knows how to close a deal
Target-driven with a strong desire to earn commission
Resilient, positive, and able to perform under pressure
Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft OfficeWhat You’ll Get
