Call Centre Operatives – Aldridge (WS9)
Owen Payne Recruitment is currently recruiting for friendly, confident and customer-focused Call Centre Operatives to join a well-established Document Management company based in Aldridge.
If you enjoy speaking to people, have excellent communication skills and take pride in delivering great customer service, we would love to hear from you!
Main Duties Include:
Answering inbound calls.
Speaking with NHS patients about their experiences throughout cancer treatment.
Providing a professional, friendly and empathetic service.
Using computer systems and maintaining accurate records.
Completing paperwork and administrative tasks.
Assisting with any additional duties as required.
Candidate Requirements:
Previous call centre or telephone-based customer service experience.
Confident communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
Ability to use internal systems and navigate computer software (full training provided).
Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
A friendly, patient and understanding attitude.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00am till 5:00pm.
Rate of Pay:
£12.71 per hour.
Assignment Details:
The role is due to start in the second week of November and will continue through to the New Year.
