Job Description:
 
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cafe Manager to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our client's cafe. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
 
Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of cafe operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
Recruit, train, and supervise cafe staff, ensuring they provide friendly, efficient service to guests.
Create and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the cafe.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Monitor and control operating costs to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and update the cafe menu, ensuring it meets customer preferences and dietary requirements.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to make informed business decisions.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a cafe or restaurant setting.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
Proficiency in inventory management, scheduling, and financial analysis.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
