As Cafe Manager, you’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day operation, with your focus firmly on leadership, customer experience and commercial performance. You’ll lead and develop the team, manage budgets and stock, build strong client relationships and drive high standards across food, service and presentation. You’ll also have the opportunity to bring creativity to the menu and continuously improve the operation. Previous experience in a retail setting or high street environment would be particularly useful, especially if you enjoy working in a customer-facing, fast-paced operation.
