£35,000 - £40,000 + Hybrid + Medical Care + Company Benefits + Xmas Leave + Training

Are you a CAD Technician from a residential buildings background or similar, with working knowledge of AutoCAD, looking to join a thriving and diverse company, offering excellent in-house training and scope to progress to senior and team leader positions?
Founded over 20 years ago, this social housing construction specialists specialise in the refurbishment of existing buildings alongside the construction of new, exciting buildings, whilst boasting steady growth over the years alongside a strong reputation within their industry.
In this role you will be working within a small team of engineers to producing detailed 2D drawings for building plans, surveys and specifications using AutoCAD. Alongside this there will be weekly trips to site to take measurements, offering day to day variety.
This role would suit a CAD technician looking to progress into management in the future, for an ambitious company offering workload variety and extended holidays.
The Role:
Prepare detailed 2D drawings from building surveys using AutoCAD
Assist surveyors in preparing design layouts, floor plans, elevations and sections
Support site visits when necessary to gather measurements and verify details
Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pmThe Person:
