Headley Professional have a new vacancy with our client in the Wakefield area seeking an experienced bespoke joinery CAD technician.
The company is well established, financially sound, professionally managed and has an excellent reputation. The quality of work they do is excellent, genuinely bespoke work, and now they are able to offer opportunity to join their drawing office.
* Technical design, working from client drawings / briefs to produce shop floor ready drawings
* Drawing of bespoke joinery items for interior fitout and refurbishment projects
* Creating production drawings for sub-contract manufacturers, items manufactured from different materials – glass, metal, acrylic etc.
* Creating cutting lists for cnc machinery
* Client liaison to ensure accurate drawings fitting the brief
* Working with project teams cross departments
The company requires cad technicians with experience in the joinery manufacturing industry – ideally in bespoke, high quality fit outs of retail, hospitality, commercial premises
* Must be comfortable in using AutoCad.
* Credible with clients
* Familiar with modern manufacturing methods
* Understanding of materials
* Good attitude to work, dedicated and reliable.
