Key Duties:

Workload Management: Coordinate and prioritize development tasks, ensuring alignment with all key stakeholders in both D & 2D projects.
Process Control: Develop and implement statistical process control techniques to enhance quality and efficiency.
Procedure Integration: Establish and manage procedures during the development stages, ensuring seamless integration into the work stream.
Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage your team to achieve departmental goals and deliver exceptional results.Key Experience:

Specialised Background: Experience in Photolithographic/Photo Chemical Machining is ideal, but a background in Science/Chemistry is also suitable.
Qualifications: Level 3 CAD qualification.
Design Skills: Proficient in 3D Modelling and 2D design planning.
Project Management: Experience in project management is a plus.
Lean/Six Sigma: Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
Manufacturing Processes: Understanding of chemical-related manufacturing processes.
Communication: Ability to interpret complex early-stage designs and communicate them effectively to various departments and customers.Benefits:
