Description:
What you will do
* Produce 2D drawings and 3D models in AutoCAD, Revit or Civil 3D
* Turn engineers' sketches and mark-ups into detailed drawings
* Update drawings as designs change and keep revisions controlled
* Check drawings against company and industry standards
* Manage drawing registers and issue drawings to clients and site teams
* Coordinate models with other disciplines where needed
What you need
* 2+ years in a CAD or drafting role
* Strong AutoCAD skills; Revit or Civil 3D an advantage
* Understanding of drawing standards and layer conventions
* Good organisation and accuracy
* HNC/HND or relevant qualification, or equivalent experience
Nice to have
* BIM experience (ISO 19650)
* Navisworks for clash detection
* Experience in [sector, e.g. highways, drainage, M&E
