Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum plus benefits
This consultancy is a leading building services engineering consultancy firm specialising in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) services across various sectors including data centres, industrial, warehouses, residential, and large-scale commercial projects. They are currently seeking a skilled CAD/Revit MEP Technician to join their dynamic team in Harrow, North West London.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. CAD/Revit Modeling: Utilize CAD and Revit software to produce accurate MEP drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and details in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.
2. Coordination: Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other project stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems within the overall building design.
3. Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and support to project teams throughout the design and construction phases, addressing any MEP-related queries or issues as they arise.
4. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular reviews and checks of drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
5. Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation including schedules, specifications, and as-built drawings to facilitate project management and future maintenance.
6. Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in MEP design and construction, and actively seek opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge through training and professional development.
