As part of our expansion and commitment to excellence, we are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team in the role of Cable Assembly/Assembly Position.
Job Description: As a Cable Assembly/Assembly Position, you will be responsible for assembling various components to create finished cable assemblies according to company standards and specifications. Your primary duties will include but are not limited to:
Reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
Cutting, stripping, crimping, soldering, and terminating wires and cables.
Assembling and fitting connectors, terminals, and other components onto cables.
Performing quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
Troubleshooting and resolving any assembly issues or discrepancies.
Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Adhering to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
Previous experience in cable assembly, electrical assembly, or a similar manufacturing environment is required.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and work instructions.
Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
