Dawn Ellmore Employment have partnered with a long-standing client who are seeking an Executive Assistant to join their thriving London office. This is a brand-new role which will see you support the Leadership Team and receive the excellent salary plus unbelievable benefits on offer.
To be successful, you must have a strong background as an EA or Senior Personal Assistant and be able to seamlessly implement your knowledge and experience. You will be required to provide governance and partnership support so experience within this would be a plus! Having superb attention to detail along with strong time-management capabilities is a must for this role.
Duties will include:
* Providing executive support to the leadership team, mainly the COO and Managing Partner.
* Dealing with complex diaries and schedules.
* Ensuring agendas, reports and meeting packs are prepared.
* Supporting with risk and compliance.
