C# Developer (C# MSSQL, Azure, Javascript) Hybrid working

Our client is looking for an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer with strong C# expertise to help design, build and enhance the next generation of business-critical applications.

The Role

As a Software Engineer, you will:

Design, develop and maintain scalable web applications using C#, modern JavaScript frameworks and cloud technologies
Build intuitive front-end user experiences alongside robust back-end services
Develop new functionality through API integrations, databases and cloud services
Ensure software quality through unit testing, integration testing and automation
Collaborate within Agile delivery teams using Scrum or Kanban methodologies
Troubleshoot, debug and resolve software issues
Participate in code reviews and quality assurance activities
Contribute to improvements across the software development lifecycle, including tooling, architecture, documentation and deployment processes
Work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver business value
About You

Essential
Minimum 5 years' commercial experience developing in C#
Strong knowledge of:
JavaScript
HTML/CSS
React, Blazor, Next.js or similar modern frameworks
Experience working with Azure cloud services
Strong SQL database knowledge
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
High attention to detail
Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation, including user stories, system documentation and database schemas
Desirable
Experience with IT Service Management platforms such as ServiceNow
Previous experience within a fast-paced SME environment
Exposure to large-scale systems integration projects
