Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm
Location: Warrington
Contract: Full-time, permanent
KPI Recruiting are proud to be working in partnership with a well-established business in Warrington who are looking for an experienced Buying Coordinator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with purchasing or buying administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building strong supplier relationships and ensuring orders are delivered on time.
The Role
As Buying Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
Placing and managing up to 40 supplier orders per day.
Liaising with suppliers by phone and email to check order progress, confirm delivery dates and resolve delays.
Responding to supplier queries and maintaining effective working relationships.
Proactively expediting orders to ensure timely delivery.
Monitoring supplier performance, delivery delays, shipping costs and fill rates.
Working closely with the management team to communicate updates and resolve supply issues.
Maintaining accurate supplier records and completing general purchasing administration.
