We here at Siamo currently have an exciting opportunity currently recruiting for a part time Buying Administrator for our client, based in their head office situated in South Cerney.
Our client is thriving and due to continued success follows growth and the exciting opportunity for a talented administrator with the ability to converse with external and external stakeholders.
As an Assistant to the Buyer you will be responsible for providing support to the buyers and the wider business for buying activities and assist with the efficient running of materials.

This role is currently part time with the required hours being 27.5 hours per week.

Your responsibilities as the Buying Administrator:
Contact suppliers and sites to ensure all deliveries have been made efficiently and gain proof of deliveries, enter deliveries in good received system.
Confident to go out for quotes, challenge prices and lead at times.
Build and manage internal customer relationships in support of the department.
Respond to internal and external queries and directing them to the right department and or individuals.
Assist the accounts team with invoice query resolution.
Carry out various daily administrative tasks.
Send out new supplier accreditation questionnaires and assist quality team in following through to approved status.

Strong administrative and planning skills.

Proficient in Microsoft office
