Drive annual savings initiatives through specification challenges, demand management, volume aggregation, and commercial negotiations.
Negotiate and execute national and international frame agreements, monitor supplier performance against strict time/cost/quality KPIs, and manage risk mitigation.
Act as a trusted commercial advisor to internal project teams, guiding stakeholders through compliant procurement frameworks to ensure maximum value and operational delivery.
Support the rollout and optimization of e-procurement platforms and e-catalogues.
What We Are Looking For
Education:

Master’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or Architecture/Construction (or equivalent commercial experience).
5+ years of hands-on procurement, operations, or facility management experience, with a proven track record specifically in the Building & Construction category.
Advanced negotiation skills, deep understanding of construction contracts, and strong financial analytical capabilities (business cases, financial KPIs).
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional project teams, manage vendor relationships, and navigate competing stakeholder priorities.
