Description:
My client is a Civil Engineering contracting specialist based in West Yorkshire.
Current turnover stands at around £80 m and they are active in the commercial, infrastructure and public works sectors.
I have been asked to find a Buyer with at least 2-4 years experience to join their team.
You will be working with existing suppliers and also sourcing new suppliers for materials, plant and subcontracting to ensure cost efficiency and supply chain reliability.
The successful applicant will be joining an established purchasing team where there will be plenty of opportunities for career development.
The base salary is between 40-50k and is dependent on relevant experience.
