Buyer – Residential Construction
Colchester, Essex | Salary Negotiable Depending on Experience

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Buyer to join a well-established residential developer delivering high-quality housing schemes across Essex and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
• Procurement of materials and subcontract packages across multiple residential developments
• Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors to secure best value
• Managing procurement schedules in line with build programmes
• Working closely with Commercial and Site teams
• Monitoring costs and maintaining strong supplier relationships

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Buyer within residential construction or housebuilding
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and procurement processes
• Excellent negotiation and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
