Buyer
Salary – £28,404 to £33,417 per annum (plus benefits)
Hours – 37.5 hours per week, 8.30am to 5.00pm
Location Postcode – DN4 5NU
As a Buyer at FCC Environment, you will be responsible for the procurement and management of third-party supply chain services whilst promoting best buying practises.
This vacancy is for a full-time position, working 5 days per week, however, we will consider requests for job shares to suit your lifestyle (working full days).

What will you be doing?
-Build relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders
- Conduct supplier pricing negotiations
- Support internal clients’ quotation pipeline, tender processes and information requests
- Assist with developing a supplier pricing, quality and information database
- Continually assess and maintain all compliance documentation
- Conduct desktop supplier audits.
- Be involved in and understand the annual price increase negotiations
