Description

Source and procure products in line with company requirements.
Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings.
Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and identify new ones.
Monitor inventory levels to ensure stock availability and avoid overstocking.
Work closely with internal teams to understand procurement needs.
Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and procedures.
Analyse market trends and supplier performance to inform purchasing decisions.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of procurement activities.Profile

A successful Buyer should have:

Previous experience in procurement or supply chain within the retail industry.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Proficiency in using procurement software or relevant tools.
