Romax Recruitment are looking for experienced Butchers to join our leading client based in Hounslow, London.
Hours:
* 20:00PM-06:00AM
* £16.51 Per Hour (Including Holiday)
* Temp to perm
You will be working in a cold environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Cutting of all pork cuts for retail boxes
* Breaking of pig carcasses and cutting and packing
* Preparation of sausages (Mincing, tying)
* Receive deliveries of meat
* Assist with stock intake
Requirements:
* Knowledge of meat preparation and cuts
* Experience making sausages
* Minimum 3 years experience working as a butcher
* Ability to use hand tools
