To be eligible for the role as butcher you must:
Have at least 1 years’ experience as a butcher and proven knife skills
Be able to cut, trim, debone, mince, prepare, wrap, and present various meats from carcass to final product
Have knowledge of food hygiene and safety
Have excellent customer service skills and enjoy working in a social environmentThe role offers a competitive salary of £13.70 per hour, with a great work life balance working 42.5 hours a week over 5 days (Wednesday and Sunday off).
