Business Travel Consultant (Music) - Exciting new opportunity to join a successful Travel Management Company and arrange travel for A-list clients in the Music industry. We are looking for an experienced Business travel consultant or Travel consultant who has arranged travel for touring musicians or arranged travel within a comparable field.
Salary £38,000 - £40,000 plus excellent benefits and an opportunity to work closely with your dedicated clients. Role is office-based in London.
Business Travel Consultant (Music) duties:
Booking complex worldwide travel arrangements including flights, hotels, car hire, rail for Music dedicated clients and groups
Changing and amending trips, issuing and reissuing tickets, and problem solving
Giving first class service to every client and building rapport with tour managers or travel managerBusiness Travel Consultant (Music) skills required
Strong business travel experience is essential
Strong knowledge of Galileo or a similar GDS
Ticketing and reissuing experience
Knowledge of group travel on a GDS would be an advantage, although not essential as this part can be trained providing you've used a GDS
Exceptional service and the ability to build strong bonds with your clientsBusiness Travel Consultant (Music) other info:
Working between (Apply online only) on a small shift pattern working either 8.30am-4.30pm, 9.30am-5.30pm or 10.30am-6.30pm Please note flexibility is needed for this position due to the nature of the clients you are dealing with.
