The Business Systems Project Manager role
To work on projects that are less technical and have more business facing outcomes, including but not exclusively Viva Engage, Digital Signage Refresh, Display Screen Assessment and to help with any future projects that may arise:
Overall management for the process of change: definition, development, rollout, and measurement of all business systems deployed within the business to ensure compliance with legislation, best practice, risk management and delivery of strategic goals
Management and support to all resources (both internal & external) to ensure business requirements are fulfilled and that business processes are aligned to support the business
Ability to understand resource availability and allocate accordingly to ensure timely delivery of site setups
Ability to understand current processes and help evolve them for future needs
Promotes the function and value of the Business Services Department internally within SRM
Raise the profile of the Business Services Department with key customers & supply chain
Your profile
Knowledge and competency in SRM IT solutions and desire to look to the future of the business needs
Taking initiative to keep skills up to date maintaining awareness of developments in the industry best practice within own area of responsibility and recommending adoption when appropriate
Ability to establish benefits and key measures that prove the value of IT services delivered to the SRM business function
Experience of IT services in either a technical, project or service delivery role
Understanding of business process and business process analysis
Strong ability to manage stakeholders
Understanding of project lifecycle methodologies
Qualifications
Essential: Communication, negotiation, relationship & influencing skills
Desirable: Degree Qualified
