Description:

An entrepreneurial business owner is looking for a Business Support Officer to work closely with him and the rest of the senior team of a property development business (SUMO Developments). You may also have some involvement with the business owner's recruitment company (JAM Recruitment). This role is available on either a part time (min 3 days per week) or full time basis and will be based in Alderley Edge with some local travel and occasional home working.

In this role you'll work collaboratively with a variety of functions such as project planning, procurement, site management and finance to ensure the smooth running of all parts of the business. Your priorities will be ever changing so the role will suit somebody who enjoys different challenges every day. In addition, it's essential that you have a good understanding of property development / construction along with experience of a similar role.
