AKTON Recruitment is working closely with the local authorities and we are looking for a Business Support Officer to join in the Adult Social Care team. 3 - 6 months contract. This vacancy is for a Business Support Officer within our Deprivation of Liberty team
Skills required:
1. Candidate must be experience within DOLS admin (essential)
2. It is preferred that the candidate has previous experience as a Business Support Officer
3. To be able to work in a fast pace multi matrix management team
4. To be able to multi-task and demonstrate a flexible approach to workload management to ensure various administrative tasks are completed in order of priority
5. To be confident with IT applications such as MS Word and MS Excel
6. To be able to learn and utilise different databases
7. To have a solution focused approach
8. To provide high quality, consistent, efficient and effective support services within agreed timescales.
9. To support various operational and business management teams
10. To provide minute-taking support to various service areas (desirable but training can be provided)
