Business Support Officer
London Bridge
£17+ per hour
Full Time Contract
Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Business Support Officer based in London Bridge. This is a rolling contract working full time hours.
The job:
Act as a first point of contact for the service via phone and email for internal and external customers.
Process FOI's, assist with electronic reporting, data migration and database management.
Raise purchase orders, process invoices and co-ordinate finance reports amongst basic finance tasks.
Organise meetings, sending agendas and follow ups, reports, , letters, minutes.
General administrative and back office functions as required.
The candidate:
Strong business support/administrative skills required
Experience in a similar role
Local government experience preferred
