Description:
Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Business Support Officer to join Liverpool City Councils children's services team on an initial 3-month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. (Hybrid work included)
Key Responsibilities

Provide flexible high-quality administration support service within our Quality Assurance and Safeguarding Service to ensure smooth service delivery
*
Arrange and attend panels and meetings. You will work closely with the Independent Reviewing Officer team, to ensure the smooth running of all panels and be able to provide guidance to panel members on procedural issues and timescales, liaising with service users, partners and agencies.
*
Complete timely and accurate minutes, reports and all associated senior administration tasks on the case recording system, Liquid logic
Essential Requirements
*
Experience working as a Business Support Officer in the children's social care team
*
Good with Minute taking
*
Good knowledge of Corporate systems such as Controcc, Liquidlogic and SAP
*
Previous experience of financial systems to process payments and produce financial data/reports
