Key Responsibilities 

Manage daily office operations, including data entry, filing, and correspondence to ensure seamless workflow
Coordinate marketing activities such as social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional events
Handle phone enquiries with professional etiquette, directing calls appropriately and providing excellent customer service
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and managing calendars for team members
Perform clerical tasks such as typing reports, updating databases, and processing invoices with precision
Skills & Experience 

Proven office experience with strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent administrative experience with attention to detail in data entry and record keeping
Strong phone etiquette combined with clear communication skills for professional interactions
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining accuracy in clerical tasks
Demonstrated typing speed and accuracy for document preparation and data management
