Description:

The successful Business Support Manager to take overall responsibility for the portfolio of Vertical Sliding products ensuring all customer service training, product knowledge and customer relationship needs are met.

The role will involve:

To support the CSD team in providing excellent customer service on Caldwell & Vertex products, through training, building customer relationships and providing product knowledge support.
Provide first-line escalation support to the team for any difficult customer issues; taking these through to resolution or escalating to the Customer Services Manager when appropriate.
Recognize any immediate or ongoing training and education requirements within the team and work to proactively resolve these.
Work with the team to ensure Concerns are being closed down in a timely manner in order to protect our DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).
In co-operation with the Sales teams, arrange discounts, net-pricing and campaigns for relevant customers.
Monitor KPIs and react or escalate any issues to resolve in a prompt manner.
Providing cover within the Customer Service Department as and when required.

To be successful in this role of Business Support Manager we would love to speak to anyone who has experience of:

A strong working knowledge of VS products
Customer service team management/experience
Ability to transfer skills to other employees through mentoring and training.
In depth knowledge of customer services practices
In depth knowledge of customer services software, tools, AX and CRM systems
