Description:
Our client has an exciting opportuntiy for a part-time Business Operations Coordinator to join their team and provide support to the Senior Leadership Team.
Main Responsibilities
* Offer operational and administrative support
* Implementing policies, procedures and guidance materials to improve efficiencies
* Maintain compliance with data protection regulations
* Knowledge of the Data Protection Act 2018, GDPR, Privacy & Electronic Communication Regulations (PECR)
* Manage & support junior team members & deliver training on policies & procedures
* Support the marketing coordinator & business development teams
* Be a first point of contact for staff to report issues with their physical or digital assets and assist with resolving those issues.
* Office management & support
* Must have excellent Microsoft Office 365 experience
This role is part-time, 25 hours per week, hybrid working.
